How do I convert currency?
No need to worry about any conversions. Your bank will automatically do that for you and you will be charged in your local currency.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed during restock or new product launches. On average, orders are delivered 5-7 business days after fulfillment. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times or natural disasters.
Is there tracking for my order?
Yes, you will get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. If you selected the shipping option with no tracking, then there won't be.
How much is shipping?
Shipping can vary greatly depending on your delivery location. Please add your address at checkout to see the shipping rate.
Is there lower shipping rates or free shipping?
The price you see at check out is the lowest rate available based on the weight and size of packaging. We don't set these prices, couriers do. We try our best to provide the lowest shipping rate possible. A litter box and hay feeder ship together, when this happens, we will refund the hay feeder shipping fee once we pack your order.

We currently ship worldwide. If you are unable to complete shipping, please contact us.
Do I have to pay customs charges?
Some shipments might incur customs fees and taxes upon delivery, depending on the country. You will be responsible for these fees.
