What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to viral health concerns pertaining to rabbits.

What is your refund policy?
We will provide a refund if your item arrived damaged or missing. Please email [email protected] (please include your order number and photo proof) within 3 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I cancel or change an order?
We begin processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to make changes to orders that have begun processing. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package is shipped. Note: Processing fees are non-refundable.
