What is your return policy?
Due to viral health concerns affecting rabbits, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
This policy helps protect the health and safety of every bunny by ensuring that products are not reintroduced after entering another home.
What is your refund policy?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or missing items, we’re here to help. Please email hay@bunnease.com within 3 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photo proof of the damage or missing item(s)
We’ll review your request as quickly as possible and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If you need to update your order or request a cancellation, please contact hay@bunnease.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to help if your order has not yet entered processing.
Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes, including changes to the shipping address.
Please note that processing fees are non-refundable.
Can I get a refund if my product becomes damaged?
Our products are designed to be durable and long-lasting, but every rabbit is different. Because rabbits have different chewing habits and activity levels, product lifespan may vary.
Damage resulting from chewing, misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not eligible for a refund or replacement. We recommend inspecting your product regularly and discontinuing use if it becomes damaged or no longer functions as intended.
