About

- How it All Began -

Hay there! It is my pleasure to introduce myself as Lousi (Lucy) or Lou, the servant of three sweet bunnies, Blanco, Bollo, and our most recent rescue, Lumos. I am also an Industrial Designer by profession, specialized in product design. My deep love for bunnies and my passion for design led to the birth of Bunnease. My two passions merged into one. Six years ago, as I searched for supplies for Blanco, I realized that there was a lack of proper rabbit supplies available, or completely unsafe or inadequate alternatives. The idea of creating products for rabbits came to me immediately, but I lacked the courage and means to pursue it. Six years later, thanks to your support and encouragement, I'm making this dream a reality. It has been a one-woman show so far and quite challenging, but I am hopeful and excited to see what's to come. As long as you support me, I look forward to growing, improving, and designing more products for your sweet bunnies.

- Mission -

Our mission at Bunnease is to design proper products for rabbits while changing long-held misconceptions about rabbit care and ownership. With our products, we aim to ease the way you live with your bunnies in your home. My experience shows me what incredible pets bunnies are and how much better they deserve. You can finally stop buying unsafe products from the cat section, furniture stores, and dollar stores. Your bunny deserves the best. It's not just a bunny.

- Giving Back -

Once we are up and off our feet, we promise to give back to our bunny community and rescues, as we have been doing for several years through our social media platforms.
